The DSP Master PC software and the DSP Master app for mobile devices are compatible with the following devices of the DSP Master Platform:

 

HiFonics ZEUS ZXR800/8DSP

ESX SIGNUM SE800.6DSP

Crunch EcoMaxx CRE400.4DSP

 

To control and use your DSP device optimally via PC and app, please note the following information on the first system start:

 

  1. Connect your PC/laptop to the DSP device via the USB cable enclosed by the DSP. Make sure that the PC/laptop has a stable connection to the Internet.

  2. Download the DSP Master PC Software.

  3. Then unzip the download zip file (see information below). The PC software does not have to be installed because it is ready to start immediately after unpacking.

  4. Start the DSP Master PC software with a double click. The connection to the DSP device is automatically established.


  5. If the initial software launch shows that a firmware update is available, this must be carried out. The process takes about 20-30 seconds and is carried out automatically.


  6. If the firmware update is unexpectedly interrupted, you can carry out the process again after a restart of the PC software.


  7. Finally, download the suitable DSP Master App for your mobile device from the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play Store (see information below).

  8. To connect your mobile device to the DSP device, please note the user manual included in the DSP device.


  9. Both the PC software and the app for mobile devices can now be used without restriction.

  10. Visit this portal regularly to find out more about updates and upgrades of the DSP Master platform.

Die DSP Master PC Software und DSP Master App für Mobilegeräte ist mit folgenden Geräten der DSP Master Plattform kompatibel:

Damit Sie Ihr DSP-Gerät optimal per PC und App steuern  können, beachten Sie bitte folgende Hinweise zum ersten Systemstart:

 

  1. Verbinden Sie Ihren PC/Laptop mit dem DSP-Gerät über das dem DSP-Gerät beiliegende USB-Kabel. Achten Sie darauf, dass der PC/Laptop eine stabile Verbindung zum Internet hat.

  2. Laden Sie die DSP Master PC Software herunter.

  3. Entpacken Sie dann die geladene ZIP-Datei (Siehe Hinweise unten). Die PC Software muss nicht installiert werden, da Sie nach dem Entpacken sofort startbereit ist.

  4. Starten Sie die DSP Master PC Software mit einem Doppelklick. Die Verbindung zum DSP-Gerät wird automatisch hergestellt.

  5. Sollte beim ersten Software-Start angezeigt werden, dass ein Firmware-Update verfügbar ist, muss dieses unbedingt durchgeführt werden. Der Vorgang dauert etwa 20-30 Sekunden und wird automatisch ausgeführt.

  6. Sollte das Firmware-Update unerwartet unterbrochen werden, können Sie den Vorgang nach einem Neustart der PC Software erneut durchführen.

  7. Laden Sie abschließend die passende DSP Master App für Ihr mobiles Endgerät aus dem iOS App Store oder dem Android Google Play Store (Siehe Hinweise unten).

  8. Zum Verbinden Ihres mobilen Endgeräts mit dem DSP-Gerät, beachten Sie bitte das dem DSP-Geräte beiliegende Benutzerhandbuch.

  9. Sowohl die PC Software als auch die App für mobile Endgeräte sind nun ohne Einschränkung benutzbar.

  10. Besuchen Sie regelmäßig dieses Portal, um sich über Updates und Upgrades der DSP Master Plattform zu informieren.
